  Hallen is the boss of the infamous Covens National Building, theplace where the CP-gumi all work at. He's calm, collective, and above all a very righteous man, except when it comes to telling the truth. His greatest weakness is telling his feelings for someone, especially Rhadamanthus, who seems to be his closest friend, not to mention one of his favorite co-workers. He tends to stay calm in bad times, and also soothes those who seem down in the dumps. Hilarious moments seem to mostly occur with Hallen, especially whenever Nathaniel or Shubaltz is around. The Irish's love for him and the oblivious American seem to bring hilarious mishaps for the poor CEO.

 

 Hallen's childhood wasn't always fame and fortune. He was believed to have a twin brother, although he had ran away from him at a very young age. Hallen was taken in by his grandfather Kelven and taught the values of life and acquired some business skills. He soon inherited his father's wide fortunes and the Covens National Building, fullfilling his father's wishes to be successfull.

 

  Hallen is a quiet man, although when he speaks, everyone tends to hear him in a way that's not always cheery. He seems to have quite a bond with Rhadamanthus, almost a boss/employee type relationship, although he tends to never tell him his secrets. Hallen now tends to search for his ruffian brother, in hopes to settle the score of his parents' murder.
