  Holden is the childhood friend of Dante, and also one of the children whom Zatahn takes into the Stonewell Church. Born with a wild illness, he tends to see things others can't quite see, such as spirits behind the altars, or poltergeists roaming around the church. Because he told a nun in the church of what he saw, he was sent to the "looney bin" to have him cured of his odd sight.

 

  Holden's childhood was somewhat of a melancholy thing, from a regular father and mother, to possibly a younger brother, but that is unknown. When Holden was only 11, however, he suffered the same fate as everyone else but in a worse turn of events: he was put into adoption. Holden seemed to not care, wearing the same remorseless face even after being given to his adopting parents. The only time he ever showed his emotions was to Dante, during their first meeting. Holden nearly thought Dante was the devil himself, because of "the wild light in his violet eyes and mysterious aura surrounding him". But as the years grew on, Dante and Holden became more and more attached. When he asked Holden who his parents were, after being asked the same question, the young Irish broke down crying into Dante's lap. He told him of how his parents argued about what to do with him; he was probably dying from some strange illness when really it was just another telekinetic power. Dante, being the best friend he was, understood and reassured his abused friend, which somewhat eased the pain in Holden's shattered heart.

 

 Holden, like Killian, posses a strange telekinesis of some sort, besides the regular moving objects with the mind. He can sense spirits anywhere nearby, and can easily pinpoint where they are also. Holden also can move things with his mind, no doubt, and also deflect projectiles with his newfound powers. Although he seems weak and very fragile, a certain person will take control of poor Holden and his powers, but I won't reveal that ^_~
