 Zatahn is the priest and caretaker of the famous Stonewell Church, the father of mortality. He is considered the most noble priest and also a kind-hearted caretaker of a ban of orphans. Despite his old age, he still tends to his young students and also holds ceremonial events in his old stone church.

 

 Zatahn was raised into a very promising family, born rich and almost carefree. When he became 19, however, his family soon went bankrupt and he was soon sent to the streets of Brooklyn to live with his uncle. Years of abuse soon followed, and finally at the age of 22, he left his abusive uncle to live in a church. There he was raised by a priest, Father Biham, and was soon "dubbed" the new priest of Stonewell Church. He also took in a few runaways and orphans, a few being Ives, Dante, and Holden. He took great joy in teaching these three children especially, and also grew sad as they left him one by one.

 

 Zatahn is considered an "info-semme" because he tends to give out information about certain things, be it about cryogenics or the usual top-paying criminals snooping around. Dante and Ives especially visit Zatahn, asking for information about cryogenic history and other information. Holden, however, still lives with Zatahn and is pretty much a "garden keeper", tending to the garden and also staying close to the old priest.
